These terms explain how you may use Coverlee and what we are and are not responsible for. By using the site you agree to them.
These terms apply to coverleeapp.com and its Spanish and Chinese versions (“Coverlee”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Coverlee publishes educational guides and calculators about insurance coverage. Nothing on the site is insurance, legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and nothing creates a professional relationship between you and Coverlee. Coverlee is not an insurance company, agency or broker and does not sell insurance. Please read our disclaimer.
Our calculators produce estimates using published formulas, official figures and assumptions that we describe on each tool page and on our methodology page. Estimates may differ from what an insurer would quote or pay. Plan data in the health plan checker comes from the CMS Marketplace API and may change; enroll and confirm prices on HealthCare.gov or your state marketplace.
We work hard to keep content accurate and current, and we correct errors openly. However, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coverlee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its calculators or its content. Decisions about insurance should be confirmed with a licensed professional or your state insurance department.
We link to official sources such as state insurance departments, FEMA and the IRS so you can check facts yourself. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
The text, tools, design and data compilations on Coverlee are protected by copyright. You may:
You may not republish whole guides, copy our tools or data sets, or use our content to train commercial products without written permission.
Please do not:
We may block access that harms the site or other users.
How we handle information is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “last updated” date changed. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
